摘要
针对类矩形错缝拼装盾构隧道,通过三环拼装管片进行环间传力性能试验研究,并与纵缝压弯试验进行对比分析,分析环缝间产生的剪力对纵缝变形的限制作用,明确弯矩传递机制。相同弯矩作用下,随着纵向力的增大,弯矩传递系数呈增大趋势;相同纵向力但不同弯矩作用下的环间传力性能有所变化。研究指出该类型接头的环间作用力的局限性,明确类矩形错缝拼装接缝附近的薄弱环节,对新型地铁衬砌设计和施工提供试验依据和技术支持。
In view of the circumferential joint between rings of quasi-rectangular shield tunnel linings,experiments of three rings were carried to study the force-transfer property.It was them compared with pressing-bending test of longitudinal to analyze how the shear force limits the deformation of longitudinal joint and to clear the mechanism of moment transfer.Under the same bending moment,along with the increase of the longitudinal force,the transfer coefficient of the bending moment increases.Under the same longitudinal force but different bending moment,the force-transfer performance changes.The limitation of the force between two rings in the type of joint is pointed out.The vulnerable spots of segment under the staggered assembling is clear.It provides the experimental and technical support for the design and construction of the new metro lining.
