2种盖髓剂对成人恒牙深龋的疗效观察比较

Comparison of the effect of two kinds of capping agents on adult permanent teeth deep caries

目的比较Biodentine和MTA对深龋患牙活髓保存治疗的疗效。方法根据纳入、排除标准收录2014年10月～2016年2月在天津市第四中心医院口腔科就诊的患者21例，深龋患牙22颗，依据患牙是否有冷热刺激症状分为冷（+）热（-）、冷（+）热（+）2组，随机使用MTA和Biodentine行间接盖髓术。术后观察患者冷热刺激痛症状的改善情况，分别于术后6月、12月、24月复诊随访。结果2组中MTA和Biodentine成功率均为81.82%（P＜0.05）。结论Biodentine可用作深龋患牙的间接盖髓剂。

Objective To compare the efficacy of Biodentine and MTA in the treatment of deep caries with vital pulp preservation.Methods According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,21patients,22teeth with deep caries treated in our hospital from October2014to February2016were selected,according to whether the teeth have hot and cold stimulation symptoms into cold(+)hot(-),cold(+)hot(+)two groups,MTA and Biodentine were used for indirect pulp capping.After the operation,the improvement of cold and hot stimulation pain symptoms was observed,and the patients were followed up atsix months,12months and24months after the operation.Results The success rates of MTA and Biodentine in the two groups were81.82%(P<0.05).Conclusion Biodentine can be used as an indirect pulp capping agent for deep caries teeth.
