中药川芎的鉴定与临床安全用药疗效评价

Analysis of the Sichuan dome as well as the safety of clinical medication

目的分析中药川芎的鉴定以及临床用药的安全性。方法从产地、采收加工等方面进行鉴定分析，对比不同产地川芎采集时间与有效成分含量，可进行中药川芎的临床鉴定。选取商洛市丹凤县医院2011年1月～2016年12月诊断为月经不调的100例患者，平均分为对照组与观察组，每组患者50例。对照组予以口服维生素，观察组予以中药川芎，对比2组临床疗效。结果本次鉴定从有效成分含量来看，四川产的“川芎”最高。对比对照组与观察组取得的临床疗效，观察组明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；2组患者均无明显的不良反应，差异无统计学意义。结论不同产地的川芎有效成分含量存在一定差异。在临床应用时，疗效显著，无不良反应，安全性高。

Objective To identify the Sichuan dome analysis as well as the safety of clinical medication.Methods From the origin,harvesting and processing and other aspects of analysis,comparison of different origin Sichuan dome acquisition time and effective components content of traditional Chinese medicine.100cases of irregular menstruation from January2011to December2016were divided into control group and observation group,50cases in each group.The control group was treated with oral vitamin,the observation group treated with traditional Chinese medicine Sichuan dome,to compare the clinical efficacy.Results From the clinical identification of Sichuan dome,the identification from the content of effective components,Sichuan produced“Chuanxiong”highest.The clinical curative effect of observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Two patients had no obvious adverse reactions,no significant difference.Conclusion There are some differences between Sichuan dome effective components content in different areas,in the clinical application,a significant effect,no adverse reaction,high safety.
