丹红注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果及安全性分析

Clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in treatment of cerebral infarction

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗脑梗死的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2016年1月～2017年6月西安市长安区医院收治的60例脑梗死患者，根据治疗方法均分为2组。对照组（n=30）用基础治疗+复方丹参注射液，观察组（n=30）用基础治疗+丹红注射液；详细整理患者的各项临床数据，并作回顾性分析。结果治疗后观察组患者临床各症状积分较对照组低、NIHSS评分和不良反应发生率较对照组低，ADL评分较对照组高，比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论脑梗死患者接受基础治疗的同时，辅助用药丹红注射液的效果显著，可有效降低患者临床各症状积分，改善其神经功能障碍。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of Danhong injection in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods60cases with cerebral infarction from January2016to June2017were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.Control group(n=30)with routine treatment plus compound Danshen injection,the observation group(n=30)used routine treatment plus Danhong injection,the consolidation of patient clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms of patients in the observation group after treatment were low,the NIHSS score was low,the ADL score was high,and the incidence of adverse reactions was low(P<0.05).Conclusion Cerebral infarction patients received basic treatment,adjuvant therapy of Danhong injection has significant effect,can effectively reduce the patients’clinical symptom scores,improve the nerve dysfunction.
