阿维A胶囊联合中药治疗脓疱型银屑病36例观察

Observation on the effect of Acitretin capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of36patients with pustular psoriasis

目的探讨阿维A胶囊联合中药治疗脓疱型银屑病的临床应用效果及安全性。方法随机选择金华市第五医院2010年7月～2017年7月收治的36例脓疱型银屑病患者作为研究对象，并随机分为2组，观察组给予阿维A胶囊联合中药治疗，对照组给予阿维A胶囊治疗。结果观察组患者的总有效率和不良反应发生率均优于对照组，观察组的体温下降时间、完全皮损消退时间、平均住院时间均低于对照组，组间比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对脓疱型银屑病患者采用阿维A胶囊联合中药治疗的效果好于单一阿维A胶囊治疗，可促进皮损消退，改善患者的发热症状，缩短患者的住院时间。

Objective To study the effect and safety of Acitretin capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of the patients with pustular psoriasis.Methods36cases withpustular psoriasis collected in Jinhuathe Fifth Hospital from July2010to July2017were randomly divided into2groups.The observation group weregiven A citretin capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine,the control group weregiven A citretin capsule.Results The total efficiency and the incidence of adverse reactionin the observation group was better than those in the control group.The hypothermia time,complete lesions subsided time and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of Acitretin capsule combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment effect on the treatment of the patients with pustular psoriasis is better than single A citretin capsule,which can promote skin lesions subsided,improve symptoms of fever,shorten the hospitalization time.
