醒脑静注射液联合针刺对脑出血急性期患者神经功能缺损的改善效果

Effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with acupuncture on acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with nerve function defect

目的探讨醒脑静注射液联合针刺对脑出血急性期患者神经功能缺损的改善效果。方法随机抽取2016年2月～2017年2月西安莲湖梁晶诊所收治的脑出血急性期患者64例。按照治疗方法的不同，将64例患者分为研究组（醒脑静注射液联合针刺，n=32）与对照组（醒脑静注射液，n=32）。对比2组治疗效果、神经功能缺损改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组、对照组总有效率分别为93.8%（30/32）、75.0%（24/32），比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，研究组神经功能缺损评分低于对照组，格拉斯哥昏迷评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。2组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论脑出血急性期采用醒脑静注射液联合针刺治疗的效果理想，能减轻神经功能缺损程度，且不会增加不良反应发生风险。

Objective To investigate the effect of Xingnaojing injection combined with acupuncture on acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with nerve function defect.Methods64patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected from February2016to February2017.According to the different treatment methods,64patients were divided into the study group(Xingnaojing injection combined with acupuncture,n=32)and the control group(Xingnaojing injection,n=32).The treatment effect,neurological deficit improvement and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group and the control group was93.8%(30/32),75%(24/32),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Aafter treatment,neurological deficit score of the study group was lower than in the control group,Glasgow coma score was higher than the control group with statistical significance(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion The treatment of Xingnaojing injection combined with acupuncture in the acute time of cerebral hemorrhage could reduce the degree of neurological deficits,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions with good effects.
