自拟促骨愈汤联合CT引导下自体红骨髓穿刺注射治疗骨折延迟愈合的临床观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究自拟促骨愈汤联合自体红骨髓穿刺注射在骨折延迟愈合中的应用效果。方法选取陕西省榆林市第二医院收治的骨折延迟愈合患者68例,随机分成研究组、对照组,各34例。对照组于CT引导下行自体红骨髓穿刺治疗,研究组在此基础上加用自拟促骨愈汤,观察2组治疗情况。结果研究组愈合率为97.06%,对照组为82.35%,研究组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗干预后,研究组各血液流变学指标低于对照组,日常生活能力高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自体红骨髓穿刺联合促骨愈汤能改善骨折延迟愈合患者的运动功能。 Objective To study the application effect of self-made Cuguyu decoction combined with autologous red bone marrow aspiration and injection in the treatment of delayed union of fractures.Methods68cases of patients with delayed union of fractures in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,34cases in each group.The control group were treated by CT guided autogenous red bone marrow aspiration while the study group was given self-made Cuguyu decoction on the basis of treatment in the control group.The curative conditions were observed between the two groups.Results The healing rate in the study group was97.06%while that in the control group was82.35%.The curative effect was better in the study group than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemorheological indexes in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the activities of daily living were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous red bone marrow aspiration combined with Cuguyu decoction can improve the motor function of patients with delayed union of fractures.
