自拟通络止颤汤联合卡马西平治疗面肌痉挛48例临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of selfmade Tongluo Zhichan decoction combined with carbamazepine tablets on48hemifacial spasm patients

目的探讨面肌痉挛患者采取自拟通络止颤汤联合卡马西平治疗的临床疗效。方法选取宁波市奉化区中医医院2015年3月～2017年3月接诊的96例面肌痉挛患者，按随机数表法将患者均分为观察组和对照组。对照组采取单用卡马西平治疗，观察组采取自拟通络止颤汤联合卡马西平方法治疗，对比2组患者治疗后的临床疗效、治疗前后的痉挛强度CobenAlbert以及不良反应。结果观察组患者治疗后总有效率明显高于对照组，0～Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级痉挛强度的比例明显高于对照组，Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级痉挛强度的比例明显低于对照组，不良反应发生率（8.33%）明显低于对照组（33.33%），2组比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对面肌痉挛患者采取自拟通络止颤汤联合卡马西平治疗，临床使用安全且疗效显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of self made Tongluo Zhichan decoction combined with carbamazepine tablets in the treatment of hemifacial spasm.Methods96hemifacial spasm patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was treated with carbamazepine tablets alone,and the observation group was treated with Self made Tongluo Zhichan decoction combined with carbamazepine,the clinical efficacy,the intensity of spasm,Coben Albert and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the proportion of0-grade I and II spasticity intensity was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the percentage of spasticity in grade III and IV was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions(8.33%)was significantly lower than that of the control group(33.33%),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of treatment of facial spasm patients with self made Tongluo Zhichan decoction combined with carbamazepine tablets is safe and significant.
