自拟中药疱疹止痛灵治疗中老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine herpes Zhitong Ling in treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in middle-aged and elderly patients

目的分析自拟中药疱疹止痛灵治疗中老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效。方法选取绥德县中医医院2014年2月～2017年6月收治的58例中老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者为研究对象，随机分为2组，每组各29例。对照组给予口服索米痛治疗，1片/次，2次/天。实验组给予自拟中药疱疹止痛灵治疗，饭后服用，2次/天。比较分析实验组与对照组患者的临床治疗效果、复发情况及不良反应。结果治疗后，实验组与对照组患者的治疗有效率分别为93.10%与68.98%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组复发率为6.90%，显著低于对照组复发率为37.93%（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组患者均未发生严重不良反应，实验组不良反应发生率为24.14%，显著高于对照组发生率为3.45%（P＜0.05）。结论自拟中药疱疹止痛灵治疗中老年带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床疗效较为理想，安全性较高，可显著改善患者临床症状，缓解患者疼痛。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine herpes Zhitong Ling in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in middle-aged and elderly patients.Methods58cases of elderly patients with postherpetic neuralgia from February2014to June2017were selected and divided into two groups,29cases for each group.The control group was given oral Somedontreatment,once a piece,twice aday.The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine herpes Zhitong Ling,twice a day after meals.The clinical efficacy,recurrence and adverse reactions of the experimental group and the control group were compared and analyzed.Results After treatment,the treatment efficiency of the experimental group were93.10%,higher than68.98%of the control(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the experimental group was6.90%,lower than37.93%of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in two groups.The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was24.14%,which was significantly higher than3.45%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine herpes Zhitong Ling in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia in middle-aged and elderly patientscould significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients,relieve the pain of patients,with better clinical efficacy and safety.
