玻璃体腔内注射Bevacizumab联合眼底激光治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿的临床观察

Clinical observation of intravitreal injection of Bevacizumab combined with fundus laser in treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion

目的探讨玻璃体腔内注射贝伐单抗、眼底激光联合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿临床应用效果。方法选取2015年3月～2016年10月期间浙江永康医院收治的视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿患者92例，随机分为对照组和研究组，每组46例。对照组接受眼底激光治疗，研究组实施玻璃体腔内注射贝伐单抗联合眼底激光治疗。记录2组治疗前、治疗12个月后最佳矫正视力变化情况。结果2组治疗前最佳矫正视力对比差异无统计学意义，行相应方法治疗后2组最佳矫正视力均较之前显著提高，研究组视力改善效果更优（P＜0.05）。结论应用玻璃体腔内注射贝伐单抗、眼底激光联合治疗视网膜静脉阻塞继发黄斑水肿可显著提高患者临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of bevacizumab and fundus laser in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion.Methods92patients with secondary macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion admitted to Yongkang Hospital of Zhejiang from March2015to October2016,were randomly divided into control group and study group,with46cases in each group.The control group received fundus laser treatment,and the study group was treated with intravitreal bevacizumab combined with fundus laser treatment.The best corrected visual acuity was recorded before and after12months of treatment in the two groups.Results The two groups before treatment,the best corrected visual acuity compared with no significant difference,the corresponding method for the two groups after treatment were lower than before the best corrected visual acuity significantly improved visual acuity improvement in the study group is better(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravitreal injection of bevacizumab and fundus laser in the treatment of macular edema secondary to retinal vein occlusion can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients.
