自拟解毒开窍汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗化脓性脑膜炎的疗效观察及对肿瘤坏死因子-α和C反应蛋白因子的影响

Observation of self-made Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with ceftriaxone sodium in treatment of purulent meningitis and the effects on tumor necrosis factor-αand the C reactive protein

目的分析自拟解毒开窍汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗化脓性脑膜炎的临床疗效及对肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、C反应蛋白（CRP）因子的影响。方法选取2015年1月～2017年1月商洛市镇安县医院收治的100例化脓性脑膜炎患者作为观察对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用单药头孢曲松钠治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加入自拟解毒开窍汤治疗。观察2组患者的临床疗效，记录2组患者治疗期间发生的不良反应。结果观察组的治疗有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）；2组患者在治疗期间均无严重不良反应发生。结论自拟解毒开窍汤联合头孢曲松钠治疗化脓性脑膜炎具有较高的临床疗效和安全性。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of the self-made Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with ceftriaxone sodium for treatment of purulent meningitis and the effects on tumor necrosis factor-αand the C reactive protein.Methods From January2015to January2017,100cases of hospital patients with purulent meningitis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,50cases in each group.The control group was given a single drug ceftriaxone treatment,the observation group was added with self-made Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction on the basis treatment of the control group.Clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The two groups of patients during treatment had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and safety of self-made Jiedu Kaiqiao decoction combined with ceftriaxone sodium for treatment of purulent meningitis is high.
