塞来昔布胶囊治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

Clinical study of celecoxib in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨塞来昔布胶囊对膝骨关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法选取湖州市南浔区练市人民医院2016年2月～2017年4月收治的92例膝骨关节炎患者作为研究对象，按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组，每组46例。研究组患者给予塞来昔布胶囊治疗，对照组给予扶他林治疗。2组患者均连续治疗4w为宜，记录2组治疗前后膝关节功能变化情况及药物相关不良反应发生率。结果治疗前2组WOMAC量表评分对比差异无统计学意义；治疗后2组WOMAC量表评分均较之前显著下降（P＜0.05），但2组治疗后膝关节功能对比差异无统计学意义；研究组药物相关各项不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论应用塞来昔布胶囊对膝骨关节炎患者治疗有效性、安全性均较优，有利于保障患者生活质量、身心健康。

Objective To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of Celebrex on knee osteoarthritis.Methods92patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted from February2016to April2017were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with46cases in each group.The study group was treated with Celebrex treatment,the control group was treated with Votalin treatment.Two groups were treated continuously for four weeks was suitable.The changes of knee function and the incidence of drug related adverse reactions were recorded before and after treatment in two groups.Results There was no statistical difference between the two groups of WOMAC scales before treatment.After treatment,the scores of WOMAC scales of the two groups were significantly lower than those before(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the contrast of the knee joint function between the two groups.The incidence rate of adverse drug reactions in the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Celebrex on patients with knee osteoarthritis treatment effectiveness and safety are better,and help to protect patients’quality of life,physical and mental health.
