红外线照射联合硫酸镁用于产后痔疮患者的护理

Infrared radiation combined with magnesium sulfate for nursing of postpartum hemorrhoids patients

目的分析红外线照射联合硫酸镁用于产后痔疮患者的护理措施。方法选取台州市第一人民医院2015年2月～2017年6月分娩的50例产后痔疮患者为研究对象。对照组给予马应龙痔疮膏外部涂抹治疗，实验组进行红外线照射联合硫酸镁治疗，并给予相应的护理干预措施，关注患者心理状态变化，积极与患者进行交流与沟通，做好病情观察，注意动作轻柔，保护患者隐私，消除患者不安焦虑情绪，给予针对性心理疏导建议。结果治疗后，实验组水肿评分为（1.76±0.23）分，显著低于对照组评分为（4.32±1.24）分（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组患者满意度为分别为96.0%与80.0%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组均未发生严重不良反应，对照组不良反应发生率为20.0%，显著高于实验组的发生率4.0%（P＜0.05）。结论红外线照射、硫酸镁联合护理干预用于产后痔疮患者的临床效果较为理想，安全性高，可显著改善患者痔疮水肿情况。

Objective To study and analyze the nursing measures of infrared irradiation combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhoids.Methods50cases of postpartum hemorrhoids from February2015to June2017were selected as the research objects.The control group was given Mayinglong hemorrhoids ointment external application treatment,the experimental group was giveninfrared irradiation combined with magnesium sulfate treatment,and corresponding nursing intervention measures,including paying attention to the psychological state of patients with positive change,and actively carrying out exchanges and communication,observing the disease,paying attention to the protection of patient privacy,gentle movements,eliminatingthe patient discomfort anxiety,given targeted psychological counseling recommended.Results After the treatment,the edema score of the experimental group(1.76±0.23)score was significantly lower than(4.32±1.24)score of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients in the experimental group and the control group were96.0%and80.0%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There wasno serious adverse reactions in the experimental group and the control group,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions such as pain and edema in the control group was20.0%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(4.0%),with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Infrared irradiation,magnesium sulfate combined with nursing intervention for patients with postpartum hemorrhoidscouldsignificantly improve hemorrhoids edema in patients with better efficacy and high safety.
