布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者的效果及护理

Effect of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and nursing care

目的分析布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者的效果及护理措施。方法选取浙江省磐安县人民医院2016年4月～2017年8月收治的280例老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者，随机分为2组，每组各140例。对照组进行复方异丙托溴铵溶液雾化吸入治疗，给予常规护理措施。实验组患者布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗，给予相应的护理干预措施，关注患者的心理状态，积极与患者进行沟通和交流，做好健康教育工作，给予相应的康复训练和针对性用药指导。结果治疗后，实验组治疗有效率为89.29%，显著高于对照组的有效率71.42%（P＜0.05）。治疗前，实验组SAS与SDS评分与对照组相比，差异无统计学意义；治疗后，实验组SAS与SDS评分均显著优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论布地奈德联合复方异丙托溴铵雾化吸入治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺病患者临床效果理想，给予相应的护理干预措施，可显著改善患者负面情绪，建立和谐医患关系。

Objective To study and analyze the effect and nursing measures of budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods280elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in our hospital from April2016to August2017were selected and divided into two groups.The control group was treated with inhalation of compound ipratropium bromide solution,and routine nursing measures were given.The experimental group with budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation therapy,given the corresponding nursing intervention measures,pay attention to the psychological status of patients,and actively communicate and communicate with patients,health education,rehabilitation training and the corresponding targeted drug guide.Results After the corresponding treatment,the effective rate of the treatment group was89.29%,significantly higher than71.42%of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in two groupswith no significant difference.After treatment,the scores of SAS and SDS in the experimental group weresignificantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with ipratropium bromide inhalation in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ideal clinical effect,given the corresponding nursing intervention measures,can significantly improve the patients’negative emotions,build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship,with the promotion of significance.
