快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中的应用

Application of rapid rehabilitation surgical concept in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy

目的观察腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中引入快速康复外科理念的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月～2016年2月，到湖州市吴兴区人民医院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者118例。将患者分为2组，对照组59例，采取常规护理；观察组59例，采取快速康复外科理念指导下围手术期护理；对比2组患者术后住院时间、首次肛门排气时间、进食时间以及术后疼痛程度。结果观察组的住院时间、首次肛门排气时间、进食时间均短于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组术后中度疼痛（13.56%）、重度疼痛（8.47%）比例低于对照组（35.59%，23.73%），2组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念，明显加快患者康复进程，缓解术后疼痛症状。

Objective To observe application effect of the concept of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing care of laparoscopiccholecystectomy.Methods118cases of laparoscopic cholecystectomy from January2016to July2017were divided into two groups,The controlgroup of59cases,take routine care;observation group of59cases,take the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery guided perioperative care;compared two groups of patients with hospitalization time,anal exhaust time,eating time and postoperative pain degree.Results The observationgroup hospitalization time,anal exhaust time,eating time were shorter than the control group(P<0.05);the difference of pain degree of patients inboth groups were observed after surgery,moderate pain group(13.56%)and severe pain(8.47%)ratio was lower than the control group(35.59%,23.73%),there was significantly difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of fast track surgery in perioperative nursing oflaparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly accelerate the rehabilitation process and relieve postoperative pain symptoms.
