Prevention and nursing of adverse reaction of iodine contrast agent by CT enhanced scan

目的探究CT增强扫描碘造影剂不良反应的预防及护理结果。方法选取2015年12月～2017年9月宁波市医疗中心李惠利医院接收给予CT增强扫描检查操作并在操作中应用碘造影剂实现造影过程的患者10000例，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组5000例。对照组患者采取常规护理模式开展护理工作，观察组则在常规护理模式基础上增用护理干预模式。观察并比较给予对应护理模式后，2组患者不良反应的发生情况及患者对护理模式的满意程度。结果给予对应护理模式后，观察组患者不良反应情况的发生率为4.38%，明显低于对照组的23.74%（P＜0.05）。观察组患者对护理模式的满意度明显高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论对给予CT增强扫描检查操作并在操作中应用碘造影剂实现造影过程的患者实施护理干预模式开展护理过程，护理效果显著，有助于减少不良反应的发生，提升患者对护理模式的满意度及接受度。

Objective To explore the preventive and nursing results of adverse reactions of CT contrast enhanced iodine contrast medium.Methods10000patients who were received CT enhanced scan and operation in the application of iodine contrast agent,from December2015to September2017were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and the observation group,5000cases in each group.Patients in the control group were givenroutine nursing model to carry out nursing work,and the observation group was given nursing intervention model on the basis ofroutinenursing model.After observing and comparing the corresponding nursing model,the incidence of adverse reactions and patient satisfaction with the nursing model were compared between the two groups.Results The rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was38%,lower than23.74%in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the nursing model in the observation group was,higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing interventionisperformed on patients who have undergone enhanced CT scan procedures and those who use iodine contrast agents to perform the imaging procedure in their operations,and it could reduce the rateof adverse events and improve patientsatisfaction and acceptance with better efficacy.
