利胆防石散对微创保胆取石术后胆囊结石复发及术后胆囊排空功能调控的影响研究

Study on the effect of gallbladder stone recurrence and postoperative gallbladder emptying function after minimally invasive gallbladder preserving lithotomy with Lidanfangshi powder

目的探讨在微创保胆取石术后患者中应用利胆防石散对胆囊结石复发与术后胆囊排空功能调控的影响。方法择取2015年5月～2017年5月义乌中心医院和东阳市横店医院收治的102例胆囊结石患者进行研究，并以入院时间为依据将所选患者分为参照组和研究组，每组51例，参照组患者行以微创保胆取石术治疗，研究组患者在微创保胆取石术的基础上行以利胆防石散治疗，分析和比较2组的胆囊结石复发与术后胆囊排空功能调控的影响。结果术前2组患者胆囊壁厚度及收缩功能均无显著差异，术后2年研究组的这两项指标明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）；随访1～26个月，发现参照组胆囊结石复发概率为3.92%，研究组并未出现胆囊结石复发现象；术后15d、30d，2组患者的空腹胆囊容积、餐后胆囊剩余容积、胆囊排空率均无显著差异，术后60d、90d研究组这3项指标明显优于参照组（P＜0.05）。结论在微创保胆取石术后患者中应用利胆防石散不仅可以有效避免胆囊结石复发，而且对胆囊排空功能有利，具有显著临床价值。

Objective To study the effect of the Lidanfangshi powder on the recurrence of gallbladder stones and the regulation of postoperative cholecystasis in patients with postoperative cholecystasis.Methods Will pick in May2015to May2017,our hospital102cases of patients with gallbladder stones are studied,and based on admission time will the selected patients were divided into control group and research group,each group of51cases,control group patients with minimally invasive treatment of biliary lithotomy,the research group on the basis of minimally invasive confirmed gallbladder stone extraction for patients with upward and Lidanfangshi powder treatment,analysis and comparison of two groups of gallbladder stone recurrence and the influence of the regulation of gallbladder emptying function.Results There was no significant difference between the thickness of the gall bladder wall and the contraction function in the first two groups of patients,and the two groups were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).After follow-up of1-26months,the risk of recurrence was3.92%,and the team did not have a recurrence of cholecystasis.After15days,30days,two groups of patients with fasting gallbladder volume,residual volume postprandial gallbladder,gallbladder emptying rate had no significant difference,60days and90days after the team the three indicators of the research group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with minimally invasive confirmed biliary lithotomy postoperative use of Lidanfangshi powder not only can effectively avoid the gall bladder calculi recurrence,and good for gallbladder emptying function,has significant clinical value.
