经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效

Transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate in treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia

目的分析经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生的临床疗效。方法选取第四军医大学西京医院2010年2月～2016年10月收治的86例良性前列腺增生患者，随机分为对照组（n=43）和实验组（n=43）。对照组给予经尿道前列腺电切术，实验组进行经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术。比较分析实验组与对照组患者术中出血量、术后3h血Na+、术后并发症发生情况及手术时间等临床指标。结果实验组术中出血量为（120.32±65.32）mL显著少于（260.398±80.87）mL（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组患者的术后3h血Na+分别为（140.32±5.32）mmol/L与（132.43±5.12）mmol/L，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。实验组与对照组患者术后并发症发生率分别为11.63%与27.90%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生临床效果较为理想，并发症发生率较低，安全性较高，可显著减少术中出血量。

Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of transurethral plasmakinetic resection of prostate(TURP)for benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH).Methods86cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia patients from February2010to October2016in Xijing hospital as the research object.The control group received transurethral resection of the prostate,and the experimental group underwent transurethral plasmakinetic resection of the prostate.The clinical data such as intraoperative blood loss,postoperative three hours blood Na+,postoperative complications and operation time were compared and analyzed between the experimental group and the control group.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the experimental group was(120.32±65.32)mL,significantly less than(260.398±80.87)mL(P<0.05).The postoperative three hours blood Na+of the experimental group and the control group were(140.32±5.32)mmol/L and(132.43±5.12)mmol/L,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group and the control group was11.63%and27.90%,respectively,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Transurethral plasmakinetic resection clinical effect for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia is ideal,with a low incidence of complications,high safety,can significantly reduce the amount of bleeding.
