摘要
机组运行中低压回热系统可能出现抽汽管道膨胀节开裂、疏放水门内漏、端差大、加热器解列等异常工况。文章结合典型的亚临界空冷机组,应用实际运行工况热力性能计算和变工况计算,定量分析低压回热异常运行时对机组的经济性影响,得出各工况下热耗率和机组负荷变化量,指导机组安全经济运行。
Low pressure regenerative system maybe had unusual conditions,such as expansion joint cracking,terminal difference higher,internal leakage of valve,and heater out of service.The paper based on the600MW air cooling unit,analyzes the economic impact of the unit in the unusual conditions and the degree of heat rate and load changes,which has great significance in guiding operation of unit with safety and economy in power plant.
