Application of SWOT Analysis in Strategic Planning of Shenshuo Railway

本文运用SWOT分析法对神朔铁路内部优势、劣势,面临的外部机遇、威胁等进行了详细分析。通过各项要素之间的交叉分析得出了利用优势、机遇,弥补劣势、规避威胁的具体战术,并通过相应战术制定出了适合企业发展的长远战略,在实践中,战略的合理性和科学性得到了初步印证。

In this paper,the method of SWOT Analysis is used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of Shenshuo Railway and its external opportunities and threats.Through the cross analysis between the SWOT factors,some of the specific tactics are figured out that take the advantages and opportunities,and compensate the disadvantages and avoid the threats.According to the tactics,a long-term strategy is made which is suitable for the enterprise's long-term development.In practice to carry out the measures,the strategy's rationality and scientifically is validated properly.
