摘要
校企合作是培养烹饪专业应用型人才的有效途径。文章介绍了黄山学院烹饪本科专业的校企合作现状,明确提出了创新性、应用型人才培养模式,分析了校企合作中存在的相关问题,并给出了解决方案,为实现学生、学校及企业三方共赢提供一定的理论依据。
School-enterprise cooperation is the effective way of training applied-type skilled talents of cuisine speciality.The article described the present situation of school-enterprise cooperation of cuisine specialt of Huangshan university,discussed the innovation and applied-type talents development mode,pointed out the problems in school-enterprise cooperation and the relative solutions had been given.The analysis for the realization of benefits of students,school and enterprises provided certain theoretical basis.
