摘要
移动互联网是网络空间的重要组成部分,随着网络空间治理不断深化,对移动互联网治理的必要性进一步凸显。本文针对移动互联网治理议题,尝试从议题、内容、理念、方法方面进行探讨,展现治理议题的内涵和逻辑,并就提升中国在国际网络空间治理中的话语权提出建议。
As a critical part of the cyberspace,the enhancement of mobile internet governance becomes important and urgent.This article register itself to discuss the topics of mobile internet governance such as the issues,principles and approaches,clarifying the concepts and logics about mobile internet governance,and to raise suggestions to strengthen China’s discourse power in mobile internet governance arena.
