高校外语教育中社会主义意识形态建设研究

Research on the Construction of Socialist Ideology in College Foreign Language Education

语言和国家文化安全密切联系,外语教育因学科的特殊性易受到外来文化与意识形态的渗透或侵蚀。我国近年来出现的"外语热"引发本土文化意识削弱的倾向,文化与意识形态问题成为外语教育领域关注的焦点。我国的外语教育要肩负起维护国家本土文化和主流意识形态安全的神圣使命,树立主流文化与意识形态安全观,坚持"引进来"与"走出去"相结合,建构文化安全视域下的外语教育发展新战略,充分发挥语言技能培育者、本土文化传播者、主流文化与意识形态安全捍卫者的角色作用,实现语言教育、文化教育与意识形态教育的协同发展,培养全面发展的高素质国际化人才。

Language is closely related to a country's cultural security and,due to its unique characteristics,foreign language education is vulnerable to penetration and erosion of foreign cultures and ideologies.The "foreign language fever" that occurred in the past years has weakened people's awareness of local culture and this tendency has caught the attention of faculty of foreign language education in colleges.The faculty should assume the responsibility to safeguard China's culture and the mainstream ideology.While adhering to the policy of "welcoming what is good for China" and "going global to improve ourselves",China must design a new development strategy for foreign language education from the perspective of cultural security.Foreign language educators must serve as trainers of language skills,disseminators of the Chinese culture,and protectors of the mainstream culture and ideology so as to achieve a coordinated development of language,cultural,and ideological education and the ultimate goal of cultivating high quality international talent.
