原烟入库过程微波灭菌和调节水分试验研究

摘要 采用微波技术对入库过程中的原烟开展了灭菌和水分调节试验研究。结果表明:采用微波处理原烟可以在较小的水分损耗情况下实现很好的灭菌效果,水分损耗1.71%的情况下可以实现90%的灭菌率;将不同的水分高于18%的不合格原烟经过微波处理至含水率16%~18%,霉变时间均可以大于40 d,不易发生霉变,说明工艺上采用微波技术对入库过程原烟进行灭菌和水分调节是可行的。 The influence of the original tobacco’s microwave sterilization and moisture regulation in process of being put in storage were studied.The results showed that microwave treatment can achieve good sterilization effect in the case of small water loss,90%the sterilization rate can achieve90%under1.71%water loss.After different moisture content unqualified tobacco were treated from moisture content higher than18%to16%-18%,the tobacco did not become moldy even after40d.It is suggested that the technology is feasible that original tobacco’s microwave sterilization and moisture regulation in process of being put in storage.
