库存低次烟叶模块提质技术的应用

The Quality Improving Technology and Application of Modification of Low-Grade Tobacco Leaves

为提高库存低次烟叶的可用性,对库存烟叶按照可用性进行功能模块组合,研究开发功能调节剂,提升烟叶模块的使用价值,在600 kg/h制丝线上进行加料中试,并在卷烟生产中进行可用性验证。结果表明:烟叶模块添加1.0%的功能调节剂后,木质杂气和刺激性明显降低,甜润感提升,卷烟抽吸品质显著提升;烟叶中总糖、还原糖、糖/碱、糖/氮等指标有所提升;非挥发性有机酸的含量增加4.4%;总致香成分含量增加10.97%,主要是醇类、酸类、酯类和新植二烯含量的增加;当处理后的模块烟叶添加比例控制在15%以下时,对某四类卷烟的感官评价无负面作用。

A kind of functional quality agent was developed to improve the quality of functional module that was picked out and combined by stocked low-grade tobacco leaves.Then the functional quality agent and functional module were applied in600kg/h tobacco primary processing line for the pilot plant test and tested on the cigarettes.The results showed that:when the dosage of functional quality agent was1%,the ligneous odour and irritation of module were reduced while the sweet sense and sensory quality of cigarette were improved obviously.In addition,the content of total sugar and reducing sugar were improved as well as the ratios of sugar and nicotine,sugar and nitrogen.The contents of nonvolatile organic acids and total aroma components which mainly components of alcohols,acids,esters and neophytadiene were increased by4.4%and10.97%,respectively.Moreover,there was no significant negative effect on the quality of the fourth grade cigarettes when the addictive amount of modules was below the level of15%.
