基于Q值的互联网SP质差业务的分析与应用

摘要 随着移动互联网技术的高速发展和智能设备的不断普及,移动互联网用户规模呈现爆炸性增长,移动互联网业务超过17 000种。如何从繁杂的业务中查找质差SP业务,给电信运营者带来了较大困扰。基于"Q值"挖掘互联网SP质差业务的方法,从指标公式分解和数学推导入手,得出能代表对全网互联网业务质量指标影响程度大小的Q值。该方法能快速从海量数据中查找到影响互联网业务质量指标的质差SP业务,并先于用户发现问题和解决问题,效率提高达60%以上,有效提升了用户业务感知。 With the rapid development of mobile Internet technology and the popularization of intelligent devices,the scale of mobile Internet users exhibits explosive growth,and there are more than17,000mobile Internet services.How to find the poor SP service from complex business brings great trouble to telecom operators.The mining of Internet SP poor quality service based on"Q value"starts with index formula decomposition and mathematical deduction.By this method,the Q value that represents the impact magnitude of the whole network Internet service quality index can be derived.This method can quickly find the poor SP services that affect the quality of Internet service from massive data,discover and solve problems before the user.It could improve the efficiency by more than60%,and effectively raise business perception of the user.
