The Review of Professional Knowledge of Kindergarten Leaders in China in Rencent 20 Years

园长专业知识的研究对促进园长专业化有着重要意义。我国近二十年有关园长专业知识研究主要聚焦在园长专业知识结构、发展现状、影响因素和发展途径等方面。未来的研究视角可从"由外而内"向"由内而外"转变,研究内容更加系统化和深入,研究方法更为科学化。

The study of the kindergarten leader’s professional knowledge is of great significance for promoting the professionalization of kindergarten leader.In recent twenty years,the research on the kindergarten leader’s professional knowledge has mainly focused on the principal’s professional knowledge structure,development status,influencing factors and ways of development.The future research angle can be changed from“from outside to inside”to“from inside to outside”,the content of the research should be more systematic and in-depth,and the research methods shoud be more scientific.
