摘要
随着植物生产工厂化研究发展,人工光源对植物生长影响规律研究日渐深入。采用不同红蓝光比(R/B=31;41;51;71;91)LED光源培养4个茬次韭菜,以普通白光为对照,研究不同红蓝比例LED光源对韭菜各茬生长及营养品质影响规律,运用主成分分析对其综合评价。结果表明,R/B=71时,各茬次韭菜茎粗、叶宽、可溶性糖含量和产量均显著高于其他处理;R/B为31时,各茬次韭菜VC和大蒜素含量显著高于其他处理。各茬次韭菜株高、茎粗、叶宽、叶绿素含量和产量呈上升趋势,VC含量则相反。主成分分析结果显示,R/B=71时各茬次综合得分为1.563、2.313、1.280、2.038,均显著高于同一茬次其他处理;各处理在韭菜整个生长周期内综合总得分依次为7R1B>9R1B>4R1B>5R1B>3R1B>CK。因此,R/B=71 LED光源对提高韭菜生长速度及品质效果显著。
With the development of plant industrialization,which makes the research on artificial light source regularity necessary.In order to ensure the effects of different proportions of red and blue lights on the growth and nutrient quality of Chinese chives,an experiment was conducted by five kinds of LED lights with different red and blue light ratio(R/B=3:1;4:1;5:1;7:1;9:1),and the natural light was used as the control.The method of principal component analysis was used to evaluate the effects of different ratios of red light to blue light(R/B)on the growth and nutrient quality of Chinese chive.The results showed that the values,including stem diameter,leaf width,soluble sugar content and yield of Chinese chive were significantly higher than those of other treatments at the treatment using7:1of R/B.While contents of VC and allicin at the treatment of3:1of R/B were significantly higher than those of other treatments.The plant height,stem diameter,leaf width,chlorophyll content and yield of each generation Chinese chive were increasing,while the content of VC was the opposite.The results of principal component analysis showed that the composite score of each cutting was1.563,2.313,1.280,and2.038,respectively,under the condition of R/B=7:1,which was significantly higher than the same cutting period dealing with other conditions.The sequence of the average score of different treatments was7R1B>9R1B>4R1B>5R1B>3R1B>CK.Therefore,it was an important decision that choosing7:1of R/B to improve the growth and nutritional quality of Chinese chive in northern China.
