摘要
以互联网和移动互联网为代表的信息通信技术的融合与发展,加速了服务范式的创新转变,公共服务相应升级为移动公共服务。大数据和移动互联网令移动公共服务得到进一步完善,升级为智慧城市建设。现阶段中国智慧城市的试点范围已覆盖全国,但全国城市的整体智慧化程度仍然偏低。各地政府的智慧城市发展参差不齐,企业发挥自有优势参与智慧城市建设方兴未艾。
Internet and the mobile web,the integration and development of information and communication technology(ICT),is accelerating the innovation and transformation of the service paradigms,which has been and still altering the lifestyles,the social organization and social formation.In corresponding,numbers of follow-on problems emerge in the process of urbanization.To solve these problems,the concept of smart city,upgrade by online public service,has been put forward.The smart city construction makes full use of the big data,which could realize urban innovation management effectively.
