经尿道前列腺电切术的围手术期综合护理干预

Effects of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of transurethral resection of prostate

目的:探讨经尿道前列腺电切术的围手术期综合护理干预。方法:选取100例经尿道前列腺电切术治疗的良性前列腺增生患者随机分为对照组和观察组各50例,对照组入院给予常规围手术期护理,观察组在此基础上给予围手术期综合护理干预,对两组患者术后并发症发生率以及术后3个月的国际前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、最大尿流量和残余尿量等指标进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者术后并发症发生率、术后随访3个月的国际前列腺症状评分、残余尿量指标显著低于对照组,而生活质量评分、最大尿流量指标均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:良好的围手术期综合护理干预可明显降低术后并发症的发生率,缓解下尿路梗阻症状,对患者的生活质量有明显提高作用。

Objective:To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing in perioperative period of transurethral resection of prostate.Methods:One hundred cases with transurethral resection of prostate were selected and divided into a control group(n=50)and an observation group(n=50).The routine perioperative nursing was taken in the control group while the comprehensive nursing was carried out in the observation group besides the routine perioperative nursing.The complication,international prostate symptom score,quality of life score,maximal urinary flow volume and residual urine volume were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of complications,the international prostate symptom score after3-month follow-up and residual urine volume were significant lower while the quality of life score and maximal urinary flow volume were significant higher in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing in perioperative period can obviously reduce the incidence of complications and relieve the obstruction symptoms of low urinary tract and significantly improve the quality of life of the patients with transurethral resection of prostate.
