摘要
目的:研究如何应用大数据将体检结果进行发掘和分析,提高针对企业团体的体检服务质量。方法:以上海邮电医院2011—2016年体检数据为基础,进行大数据分析并应用到体检服务中。结果:企业员工获取体检报告时间缩短了80%,报告的制作效率提高了50%,医院通过体检大数据分析进行客户随访,客户满意率和预约就诊人数上升。结论:企业团体的体检大数据,在检后流程中对个人、企业、医院都有很高的应用价值和发展前景。
Objective:To study how to dig out and analyze the result of medical examination through big data calculation so as to improve the quality of medical examination service for enterprise group.Methods:The big data from medical examination performed from2011into2016in our hospital were analyzed and the results were applied to the medical examination service.Results:The time for the employees to get medical report was shortened by80%,the efficiency for making enterprise report increased by50%,and patient satisfaction rate and the number of visiting doctor by appointments were increased by analysis of these data and then the follow-up.Conclusion:The analysis of big data from medical examination possesses high application value and prospect to individuals,enterprises and hospitals.
