蛇毒血凝酶雾化吸入治疗咯血一例报告

Nebulization inhalation of venom hemocoagulase for the treatment of one case of hemoptysis

一例老年女性肺癌患者伴咯血,考虑到该患者的肺癌及房颤病史,静脉使用止血药物有血栓形成风险,因此在药师的建议和监护下,该患者采用了蛇毒血凝酶雾化吸入治疗,结果咯血明显减少,且未发生血栓形成等不良事件。

An87-year-old female with hemoptysismay had a risk of thrombosis due to her history of atrial fibrillation for more than ten years and a suspected lung cancer when she was going to be treated with intravenous hemostatic drugs.So,she was finally treated with venom hemocoagulase by nebulization inhalation instead of intravenous injection under the advice and supervision of pharmacists.The pharmacist monitored the whole process and found this route of administration was effective and had no adverse reaction in this patient.
