摘要
该实验从菌株培养条件入手,模拟夏季田间高温环境,采用热胁迫的方法,研究白僵菌Bb38菌株小米培养基与SDAY培养基培养的耐热性状差异,以期筛选出耐热性更强的菌株。结果表明:小米培养基培养的Bb38菌株的耐热性能更好。
In this study,the thermostability difference of Bb38Beauveria bassiana strains which are respectively cultured on millet culture medium and SDAY medium are detected.The results show that the thermostability of Bb38strains which are cultured on millet culture is better than the other one.
