摘要
本文在梳理文献、界定内涵及精细构建评价指标的基础上,利用DEA对成都市90个名校集团资源融合效率进行了分析评价。研究发现,成都市名校集团资源融合效率整体水平不高,个体差异大,效率分布在学段、圈层、跨区域类属上具有明显分异,资源融合效率受教育实践导向、资源融合主观需求、资源有效利用问题、校际空间距离、行政区划壁垒等因素深刻影响。未来应坚持"因地制宜,分类指导"的资源投入原则、完善名校集团资源融合的激励和考核机制、建立市域统筹的名校集团交流机制与联席会议制度。
On the basis of the analysis of literature,the definition of connotation as well as the construction of education index,the paper analyzes and appraises the efficiency of resource integration of90elite groups in Chengdu by means of DEA.The results reveal that the overall integration efficiency level of the90elite groups is not high,and there exists great differences among individuals.What’s more,the efficiency distribution has significant differentiations in the classification of learning stage,the layer circle and the trans-regional genera.The resources integration efficiency deeply influenced by many factors,such as the orientation of education practice,subjective requirements of resources integration,as well as effective utilization of resources,space distance between schools and the barriers of administrative division.In the future,we are supposed to adhere to the principle of‘guidance according to local conditions’in resources inputting,and to consummate incentive and assessment mechanisms of the elite groups.Moreover,it is also demanded to establish a communication mechanism and a joint conference system for the elite groups in the city.
