原发性高血压病病人血尿酸与血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1的关系探讨 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨原发性高血压病病人血尿酸(SUA)与血浆纤溶酶原激活物抑制物-1(PAI-1)的关系。方法将465例高血压病病人,根据血尿酸值分为两组:正常血尿酸组、高血尿酸组。用酶联免疫双抗体吸附法(ELISA)测定两组病人血浆PAI-1值。结果单因素方差分析(ANOVA)显示,两组PAI-1比较差异有统计学意义[(41.01±5.22)ng/mL、(52.84±7.96)ng/mL,P<0.05]。以PAI-1与年龄、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、SUA作直线回归分析,能进入该方程的变量为年龄、SBP、DBP、SUA。结论高血压病并发高尿酸血症病人血浆PAI-1升高有显著性;年龄、SBP、DBP、SUA为PAI-1独立影响因素。
