在当代中国的政治发展中,合法性是执政党必须面对的一个现实问题。中共执政的合法性需要和谐的社会利益基础的支撑,但权力腐败现象的存在和蔓延将会削弱中共执政合法性的社会利益基础。构建遏制腐败、维护执政党合法性的利益基础,需要强化"利益代表"的执政理念,畅通"利益表达"渠道,健全"利益综合"机制。

In the political development of contemporary China,legitimacy is a realistic problem that the ruling party must face.The legitimacy of the CPC’s ruling requires the support of a harmonious social interest foundation,but the existence of power corruption weakens the social interest basis of the legitimacy of the CPC’s ruling.To build up the interest base to curb corruption and maintain the legitimacy of the ruling party,it is necessary to strengthen the ruling concept of“interest representatives”,smooth the channels of“interest expression”,and perfect the mechanism of“comprehensive interests”.
