The Application of Psychological Consultation Techniques in Public Security Petition Work

公安信访工作是连接公安机关与人民群众的纽带。近年来,由于信访人心理需要不满足、尝试谋取不合理利益、宣泄负面情绪、不信任现实世界和偏执人格等原因,在公安信访工作中常常出现闹访现象。对此,有效运用合理情绪疗法和人本主义疗法可以起到化解矛盾,打开与信访人沟通渠道的作用。通过人本主义中的积极接纳原则,能够促使当事人理解、信任公安民警工作,从而疏导情绪,锁定靶问题;通过合理情绪疗法,能够进一步发现、改变非理性信念,植入希望,最终达成化解矛盾的目的。

Letters and calls are the bridge to maintain the close link between people and the public security organs.In recent years,some petitioners have shown violent and emotional upburst in the practice of petition due to distorted psychology,failure to obtain unreasonable benefits,negative emotions,distrust in real world,and paranoid personality.In this regard,effective use of rational therapy and humanistic therapy can resolve conflicts and open communication channels with complainants.Through the principle of positive acceptance in humanism,it is possible to induce the parties to understand and trust the work of public security staffs,thus easing emotion and locking the target problems.Through rational emotion therapy,we can further discover and change irrational beliefs,implant hope,and finally achieve the goal of resolving contradictions.
