摘要
当下,食品安全已是一个全球性的公共卫生问题,严重影响着经济和社会的发展,对于食品问题"惶恐不安"。要想有效清除我国的食品安全隐患,需要多方协力并长期努力而为之。研究发现,食品问题频发的一个重要原因是食物从生产到流通缺乏有效的监管。因此,提升各级食品领域现代信息化软实力建设,提高行业部门监督管理的透明度,是减少食品质量安全问题的有效举措。
At present,food safety has become a global public health problem,which seriously affects the development of economy and society,for the food problem"jittery".In order to effectively eliminate food safety problems in our country,and the need for multi-cooperation and long-term efforts.The study found that an important reason for the frequent occurrence of food problems is the lack of effective supervision of food from production to circulation.Therefore,it is an effective measure to reduce the quality and safety of food by enhancing the construction of modern information soft power in all levels of food industry and improving the transparency of the supervision and management of the industry sector.
