摘要
某集团公司在实施ITIL的过程中,建立了统一的运维管理体系,实施了一套运作高效的服务管理流程,构建了统一的运维服务管理平台,提升了运维管理队伍整体的服务水平,实现了ITIL成功落地,给该集团公司的IT运维能力带来了可衡量、可感知的提升。本文介绍了该集团公司在ITIL落地过程中的探索与实践,为其他企业建立IT服务管理体系和平台提供参考。
A group of Companies in the progress of implementing ITIL,combines with their own actual situation,seizes the essence of ITIL,takes practical and effective methods to practice,establish unified operation and maintenance management system,implement a set of efficient operation of the service management process,builds a centralized operation and maintenance services management platform,enhances the whole management team operation and maintenance service level,successfully achieves of TITL landing,brings measure and perceptible improvement for china’s IT operation and maintenance capacity.This article describes A group of Companies’s exploration and practice in the process of TITL landing,and provide a reference for other enterprises establish IT service management system and platform.
