摘要
论文通过研究薪酬管理面临的宏观经济、企业变革、监督管理、企业内部建设等背景形势,分析出薪酬管理主要存在创新意识还不足、激励机制待突破、规范协同待加强等问题,提出了优化工资总额决定机制、深化薪酬分配制度建设、创新薪酬分配机制建设、深化全过程管控、提升规范管理等完善薪酬管理体系的对策和方法。
This paper through the research of the salary management faces in the macro economy,enterprise reform,supervision andmanagement,enterprise internal construction background,analyzes that the salarymanagement mainly has the consciousness of innovation islack,the incentivemechanismneed to be a breakthrough,cooperation norms need to be strengthened and other issues,puts forward the strategiesand methods of improving the salary management system,as optimizing total wages decision mechanism,deepening the salary distributionsystem construction,innovating the salary distribution construction,deepening the whole process management,improving the standardmanagement andothers.
