随着我国社会的不断发展,社会各行各业都呈现欣欣向荣的繁荣景象,地方企业得到了快速发展。对企业未来发展来说,企业中管理者与企业员工的作用越加明显,领导力和执行力越来越受到企业管理层的重视。因此,论文对企业领导力与执行力进行了简单概述,阐述了领导力和执行力在企业管理的实际应用中所存在的问题,提出了几点解决方法与措施,本次研究的主要目的是为了促进企业管理工作的顺利进行,从而推动企业未来健康发展。

With the continuous development of our society,all walks of life showa thriving prosperity,and local enterprises have developedrapidly.For the future development of enterprises,the role ofmanagers and employees in the enterprisemore obvious,leadership and executivepower are more andmore valued by themanagement of enterprises.Therefore,this paper gives a brief overviewof the leadership and executivepower of the enterprise,expounds the problems existing in the practical application of the leadership and executive power in the enterprisemanagement,puts forward some solutions and measures,the main purpose of this study is to promote the smooth progress of enterprisemanagement,thuspromotingthehealthydevelopment ofenterprises in the future.
