中国本土社区社会工作的专业化路径研究

Analysis of the Professional Path of Social Work in Chinese Local Community

社区社会工作是社会工作发展到一定程度的产物,随着时代的发展,中国本土社区社会工作难以满足现代社会发展需求,逐渐朝着专业化方向发展,并在专业人才培训、社区社会工作组织等方面突出了社区社会工作的专业化,因此,积极探索中国本土社区社会工作的专业化路径具有重要意义。论文简单分析了中国本土社区社会工作专业化的重要性,并探讨了相关路径,以促进中国本土社区社会工作的专业化发展。

Social work in the community is a product of the development of social,with the development of the times,Chinese local social community work is difficult to meet the development needs of the modern society,gradually develop in the direction of specialization,and highlight the specialization of communitysocialwork in the aspects of professional training and community socialwork organization,therefore,to actively explore the professional path of socialwork of Chinese local community has important significance.This paper briefly analyzes the importance of the professionalization of social work in China's local community,and probes into the relevant paths to promote the professional development of social work in Chinese local community.
