摘要
近年来,我国的建筑工程行业发展迅速,工程招投标是建筑工程项目中的重要环节,其法律制度上的不完善也受到越来越多的关注。论文首先分析了当前工程招投标中存在的主要法律问题,并对这些问题的解决提出了有效的措施,供相关工作者参考。
In recent years,China's construction industry has developed rapidly.Engineering bidding is an important part of construction projects,and the imperfection of its legal systemis also paidmore and more attention.This paper firstly analyzes the main legal problems in the current project biddingand puts forward some effective measures for the solutionof the seproblems for the referenceof the relevantworkers.
