摘要
在互联网技术以及各种新媒体平台的蓬勃发展的基础上,各大院校都相应积极开设了电子商务专业以适应这种新的形势,对于电子商务专业的开设以及对电子商务人才的培养已经迫在眉睫。论文对我国电子商务专业人才培养与市场需求状况以访谈的方式进行了调查,就电子商务人才培养过程中所存在的问题进行了详细分析,在访谈内容的基础上对改进问题的措施进行了阐述,最后对电子商务专业人才的就业前景进行了展望。
On the basis of the vigorous development of internet technology and various new media platforms,the major colleges and universities have set up e-commerce majors to adapt to this new situation.It is urgent to set up e-commerce majors and cultivate e-commerce talents.This papermakes a surveyon the talent training andmarket demand of e-commerce professionals inChina,andmakes a detailed analysis of the problems existing in the process of e-commerce talents training,on the basis of the interviewcontent,it expounds themeasures to improve the problem,andfinallylooks forwardtothe employment prospects ofe-commercepr of essionals.
