基于创新能力培养的《管理运筹学》课程教学改革研究——以山东管理学院物流管理本科专业为例

Research on Teaching Reform of "Management Operations Research" Course Based on Innovative Ability Training——Taking Logistics Management Major of Undergraduate of Shandong Management University as an Example

《运筹学》的基本理论与方法是管理类专业学生必须掌握的核心知识之一,在国家大力倡导培养创新创业人才的要求下,传统的《管理运筹学》已不再是物流管理专业学生区别于其他管理类专业学生技能优势的重要体现。论文从应用型本科院校角度出发,通过分析《管理运筹学》课程的教学特点,提出了基于创新能力培养的《管理运筹学》课程教改新思路,以转运运输问题为例说明。

The basic theoryandmethod of“OperationsResearch”course isone of the core knowledge that logisticsmanagement studentsmust master.At the request of vigorously advocating innovative and entrepreneurial talents in the country,the traditional"Management Operations Research"is no longer an important manifestation of logistics management students distinguish from other management professional skills advantage.From the perspective of applied undergraduate colleges,through analyzing the characteristics of the teaching of the management operations research course,this article puts forward a newidea of teaching reformofmanagement operations research course based on innovation abilitytraining,the transport issuesare taken as the examples toexplaintheproblems.
