摘要
近年来在全民法律意识不断提升的大背景,对企业HR的从业人员提出了更高的要求,特别是对其劳动法律的实践能力,因此劳动法课程改革势在必行。教师应当积极转变观念,不断进行教学反思,转换角色,凸显学生学习主体的地位。以就业实务为导向,有针对性地进行教学设计,丰富教学方式,完善教学评价体系,增加实践机会。以此来激发学生学习劳动法有关知识的兴趣与热情,提升课程的效率。
In recent years,in the background of the continuous improvement of the legal consciousness of the whole people,higher requirementshave beenput forwardtothe employeesof the enterpriseHR,especiallythepractical ability of the labor law.Therefore,the reformof labor lawcurriculum is imperative.Teachers should actively change their ideas,continue to reflect on teaching,change roles,highlighting the statusof students learningsubjects.Takingemploymentpractice as theguidance,teachingdesignshouldbe targeted,enriching teachingmethods,improving teaching evaluation system,and increasing practical opportunities.In order to stimulate students'interest and enthusiasmin learning the labor lawknowledge,and improve the efficiency of the course.
