The construction of stable living environment has played a great role in promoting the progress and growth of our society and economy,sothat the enterpriseshavebeendevelopingfor a longterm.The development of themilitiawork in the enterprise is the keyguarantee to ensure its normal operation and gain more economic benefits.By using the characteristics of discipline and rigour of the militia work,we caneliminate all the unstable factors,problems and shortcomings that exist in the development and operation of the militia,and take the scientific countermeasures to dealwith,so the enterprisemilitiawork clearly faces enormous challenges and opportunities.Through the elaboration of the advantages and values of thework of themilitias in enterprises,the papermakes clear the direction of the development of themilitiawork in the newperiod.This study aims to explore the challenges and opportunities faced by thework of themilitias in the enterprise,so as to ensure that the enterprises inChina can continue to advance safelyandsteadily.
