动画电影《悬崖上的金鱼公主》之道具设计分析

Analysis of Props Design——A Case Study of Animated Film Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea

日本动画大师宫崎骏的动画电影《悬崖上的金鱼公主》讲述了大海中的一只人面鱼冲破重重阻碍来到地面,遇到善良勇敢有责任心的宗介,因爱最后变成活泼可爱的五岁小女孩波妞的故事。在电影中导演设计了一个最平凡的小道具——小绿水桶,看似简单的道具,却承载了很多信息。小绿水桶本着其基本属性在影片中充分体现了道具设计的重要和巧妙。在影片的画面色彩、角色塑造、主题表达、情感表现、功能指向和剧情发展几方面发挥了重要的作用。

Japanese animated film Ponyo on the cliff by the sea,created by animation master Hayao Miyazaki,tells a story that a human-faced carp in the ocean breaks through many obstacles to the ground and meets Zong Jie who is kind,brave and responsible.Eventually,she became a cute girl Ponyo on account of love.In this film,director designs a most ordinary props---a small green bucket,which is seemingly simple but carrying a lot of information.With its basic properties,small green bucket embodies the importance and ingenuity of props design.The small green bucket plays an important role in the film’s color,role shaping,theme expression,emotional performance,functional orientation and plot development.
