城镇化快速推进的背景下,城市公共空间日渐成为公民道德生成的有机场域和共生条件。公民道德的成型与发展便内生性地构成城市成长的精神力量和伦理支撑,让权利的空间化与空间的社会化在公共性的规制下浸染和彰显人本化的德性要求和价值取向。以城市性为新特征的城市公共空间建构,与以公民道德为内容的城市人本主体化发展,成为一种双向互动、互塑、互铸的实体化过程。它赋予城市以伦理价值,形成公民道德的根植性成长和深度型构,从而完成基于道德规范和道德要求的精神填充和城市公共伦理秩序的安排。

Under the background of rapid urbanization,urban public space has increasingly become the organic area and symbiotic conditions for the formation of civic morality.The formation and development of civic morality will naturally constitute the spiritual strength and ethical support of urban growth,allowing the space of rights and the socialization of space,and disseminated and highlighted the moral requirements and value orientation of human nature under the regulation of publicity.The construction of urban public space with the new characteristics of city,and the development of urban human subjectivity with civic morality as the content,become a two-way interactive,mutually modeled entity process.It endows the city with ethical value,forms the rooted growth and deep structure of civic morality,thus completing the spiritual filling and the arrangement of urban public ethical order based on moral norms and moral requirements.
