摘要
当代社会充满融合与竞争,高等教育国际化不仅是全球范围内教育发展的支持力量,也是高校创建一流大学的必备条件。而师资国际化是高等教育国际化的内核。我国高校教师的国际化创建已获得了一些成绩,但也存在诸多问题,如:教师缺乏国际化理念,科研与教学间的发展不协调,高校机制建设不健全,管理制度不完善等。通过分析高校师资队伍国际化建设存在的问题,结合云南实际提出相应的对策。
The present world is full of integration and competition,and educational field is also influenced.Higher education’s internationalization is not only the support power of world-wide education development,but also the essential condition for universities to compete in the first class.The internationalization of universities'teaching staff is the core of the internationalization of higher education.China's international construction of University teaching staff has gained some results,but there are also many difficult issues,such as the lack of international view,disharmony between teaching and research progress,imperfect of mechanism building and management institution.By analyzing the content,meaning,current situation,and existing problems of the international development of university teachers,this paper puts forward corresponding recommendations and countermeasures in combination of realities in order to boost the international construction of university teaching staff.
